Refund Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made from Microsive Global (“Microsive,” “we,” “us”). This is a B2B wholesale program intended for business customers.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The return request is submitted within the timeframes below, and

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging, and

  • You have a valid invoice/order number.

Damaged, Missing, Wrong, or DOA Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

  • Damaged in transit / missing items / wrong items / DOA (dead on arrival):
    You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence and your order number.

  • If reported within this window and verified, we will provide replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non‑Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following are generally non‑returnable once delivered unless they are DOA and reported within the timeframe above:

  • Opened or used disposable vapes

  • Opened consumable products (including gummies/edibles)

  • Any item with tampered packaging or missing serial/QR/barcode labels.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email: support@microsiveglobal.com with:

  • Order/Invoice number

  • Product name(s) and quantity

  • Reason for return (Damaged/DOA/Wrong item/Unwanted)

  • Photos or video (required for damage/DOA claims)

  • If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions. Returns without an RA may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is our error (wrong item, verified defect/DOA, missing items): we may cover return shipping or provide alternative resolution.

  • If the return is not our error (unwanted/ordered incorrectly): Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued as:

  • Store credit or

  • Refund to original payment method (when applicable)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Restocking Fee

For approved “unwanted item” returns, a restocking fee up to 15% may apply depending on product category and condition (will be communicated at approval).

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
