Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Only wholesale customers with an active, verified business account may request a return or refund.

Returns can be requested only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, sent in error, or where the COA does not match the product specifications.

Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (as shown by tracking data).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in original packaging.

Perishable or time-sensitive products (e.g., certain hemp-derived edibles).

Products damaged by customer mishandling, poor storage, or after acceptance.

Orders placed in error or for “change of mind” reasons.

Products held for more than 14 days after delivery.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact Us:
Email support@microsive.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos. -
Get Authorization:
We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible. RMAs are valid for 7 days. -
Ship Back Product:

Include the RMA number and a packing slip.

Customer pays for return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged.

Ship returns using a trackable service.

Inspection:
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Products must be unopened and undamaged. -
Refund or Replacement:
Once approved:-
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus any shipping or restocking fees.

If a replacement is requested and inventory is available, we will ship the new item at no additional cost.

Restocking fee of $50–$100 may apply.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or contains the wrong item:

Contact support@microsive.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

No restocking fee applies to defective/damaged returns.
