About Microsive
Microsive is a product engineering company. We design and build software, AI automation, voice agents and connected devices, and we run software products of our own.
Who we are
We work mainly online and remote-first, across time zones, and our team covers US business hours. In the US, we focus on warehouse and 3PL operators and on trucking: the places where work happens on a dock or a road, and the paperwork catches up later.

What we run ourselves
- Microsive Dialer: the calling system our sales team uses, on Telnyx for US numbers.
- Microsive CRM: a CRM built on the open-source Twenty project, which we use for our own sales outreach.
- MicroFlow: a self-hosted workflow platform we built on the open-source Activepieces project.
The calling, call logging and CRM work we build for clients already runs in our own products.
What we have built
Three builds we can describe. Client names stay private.
- A hotel website that runs the property. Behind a staff login, a board moves every room through available, booked, occupied, checked out and cleaning. Staff edit the nightly price on the same screen, and two live bookings can never hold the same room. Guests pay when they book. The amount is priced on the server from the room and the dates, never taken from the browser, and it is stored on the booking.
- Recruitment software that replaced spreadsheets. Microsive ATS is applicant tracking software we built and run for recruitment agencies, each agency in its own separate space. The agency defines its pipeline stages. A manager sees their own team's records and no one else's, and roles the agency writes switch pages, dashboard panels and actions on or off. It also ranks a shortlist against a role and handles invoicing, attendance and leave. Agencies pay to use it.
- Our own sales dialer. A rep presses call, and our server places both legs of the call and connects them, so a check runs before any number is dialed. Calls are recorded, transcribed and summarized, and the summary is written to the customer record. People make the calls. AI does the paperwork.
The same pieces carry over to warehouse and trucking work: records tied to the right account, and checks that run before anything goes out.
