These terms apply to your use of microsiveglobal.com (the “website”), run by Microsive Global LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. We can be reached by email at hello@microsive.com.

The website describes our services and products. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, including its scope of work and quote, and that agreement takes priority over the website.

The interactive samples on this website (the scripted samples on the warehousing and trucking pages, and the voice agent and AI bot simulation on the voice agents page) are simulations with fictional data. They do not place calls, send messages, connect to any real system or show real client results. More in our disclaimer.

Please do not:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law,
• try to get into the website or its systems without permission,
• send spam, malware or automated submissions through our forms, or
• copy the website’s content, design or code, except as allowed in section 5.

The text, design, graphics, code and other content on the website belong to Microsive or the people who licensed them to us. You may view pages and share links to them. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission. Names of other companies and products belong to their owners.

Details you give through a form must be accurate and yours to share. How we handle them is explained in our privacy policy.

The website links to other websites and third-party services. We are not responsible for websites we do not control.

We try to keep the website accurate and available. It is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is always complete, up to date, free of errors or available.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for lost data, profit or business, from using the website or relying on its content, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the website is limited to US$100. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

If you break these terms or misuse the website, you agree to cover the losses, damages and reasonable legal costs this causes us, as far as the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute about the website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed, and we show a notice on the website when we make a significant change. If you keep using the website after that, you accept the updated terms.
