Privacy policy
Last updated:
1. Who we are
This website, microsiveglobal.com, is run by Microsive Global LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. In this policy, “Microsive”, “we” and “us” mean Microsive Global LLC. We decide how and why the personal information you give us through this website is used.
We do not publish a postal address. The way to reach us about privacy is by email (section 11).
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information collected through this website: the inquiry form, job applications, the data request form, visits to the site, and cookies and similar technologies. It does not cover work we do for clients under a separate agreement, or our products, which have their own terms. [CONFIRM: whether each product has its own privacy notice for US users]
3. What we collect, and why
| Where | What we collect | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Inquiry form | Name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), the service you need, your message, your budget, and your consent | To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project |
| Job application | Role, name, email, phone, city and state, years of experience, notice period, expected annual pay, anything else you add, and your consent | To assess your application and contact you about it |
| Call booking (on Cal.com) | Your name, email, what you want to discuss, the time you choose, and your consent | To schedule and hold the call |
| Data request form | What you are asking for, your email, your name (optional) and anything you add | To find your information and answer your request |
| Emails you send us directly | Your name, email address and what you write, for example a privacy request or an accessibility report | To answer you and act on your request |
| Cookie choices | Your choice, when you made it and which version of our cookie wording you saw. No name, email or IP address is kept with it. | To remember your choice and show what you agreed to and when |
| Every visit | IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time, recorded by our hosting provider in its logs | To deliver the website and keep it secure |
| Pages with a form | IP address and browser and device signals, checked by Cloudflare Turnstile when a page with a form loads | To stop spam and automated submissions |
| The 3D scene on the homepage | Your IP address and browser details, received by Spline, which serves the scene | To show the 3D scene |
| The guided tour (only if you start it) | Your name if you give one, what you type or say to the guide (including the conversation so far, sent with each question so it can follow along), and, if you use hold-to-talk, a recording of what you say, which is turned into text. It is processed to answer you, and we do not store it. Your progress and the conversation stay in your browser until you end the tour or close the tab; notes prepared for the inquiry form stay until you send it or close the tab. | To run the tour and answer your questions during it |
| Analytics (only if you allow it) | Pages visited, clicks and scrolling, session recordings, device and browser details, approximate location, and cookie identifiers | To understand how the site is used and improve it |
| Advertising (only if you allow it) | Cookie and ad identifiers, the pages you visit, and whether you sent an inquiry. If you send the inquiry form after allowing advertising cookies, your email and, if you gave one, your phone number are also sent to Google and Meta in hashed form, a code that cannot be turned back into your details but can be matched to accounts they already hold. This never happens for job applications or data requests. [CONFIRM: Google enhanced conversions and Meta advanced matching are switched on in the accounts the US site uses] | To measure whether our ads lead to inquiries, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing) |
We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, passwords, bank or card details, health information or biometric data. Please do not include it in free-text fields.
4. How we use it
- Inquiry form and job application: to do what the form says, with the consent you give through the checkbox on it.
- Call booking: to schedule and hold the call you chose, with the consent you give on the booking form. The booking calendar loads only when you click “Book a 30-minute call”.
- Data request form: only to find your information and answer your request. It has no consent checkbox, because asking you to consent in order to use your rights would make no sense.
- Analytics and advertising: only if you allow them in the cookie banner. They are off until you do.
- Hosting logs, spam protection and remembering your cookie choice: these are needed to deliver and secure the website, so they run for everyone. Spam protection checks that a form is being filled in by a person rather than a script. The cookie record stores only what you chose, when you chose it and which version of our wording you saw.
- Legal requirements: we may use or keep information where the law requires it.
5. Your choices
- Analytics and advertising cookies: use “” in the website footer to turn either one on or off at any time.
- Details you sent through a form: use our data request form, or email our privacy contact (section 11), to withdraw your consent or have your details deleted.
After you withdraw, we stop using that information and delete it within a reasonable time, and ask our service providers to do the same, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawing does not undo what we did with your information before you withdrew. Turning analytics or advertising off stops future collection and sharing.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: our website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising: advertising tools do not load, whatever you chose in the cookie banner. Analytics tools stay off unless you allow them.
6. Who receives it
Service providers who process data for us:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts the website, keeps its logs, stores a copy of each form submission, and stores the anonymous record of cookie choices |
| Cloudflare (Turnstile) | Checks forms for spam and bots |
| Resend | Delivers form submissions to our team by email |
| Google (Google Workspace) | Receives form submissions in our team's email inbox and stores them |
| Cal.com | Shows available times, takes call bookings and sends the calendar invite |
| Spline | Serves the 3D scene on the homepage |
| Xiaomi (MiMo) | Provides the AI that writes and speaks the guided tour's answers and turns hold-to-talk recordings into text |
Analytics providers: Google (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity) provide our analytics tools, only if you allow analytics cookies. Each publishes its own privacy policy.
Advertising partners: Google (Google Ads) and Meta (Meta pixel) receive advertising data as third parties. They use it to measure and show our ads, and also for their own purposes under their own privacy policies. They receive it only if you allow advertising cookies, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (section 5).
We may also share personal information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request from a government authority.
7. Selling, sharing and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information.
If you allow advertising cookies, Google and Meta receive identifiers and page visits from this site, and hashed contact details from the inquiry form, so we can measure our ads and show them to past visitors. Some state laws treat this as “sharing” personal information or as “targeted advertising”. Advertising cookies are off unless you turn them on.
To opt out at any time, use “”, also at the bottom of every page, and turn advertising off. Or set your browser to send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as an opt-out (section 5).
8. Where it is processed
We, our affiliated companies and our service providers may handle personal information in the United States and other countries. Google, Microsoft, Meta, Cloudflare, Vercel, Resend, Cal.com and Spline may process data in the United States and other countries. What you type or say to the guided tour is processed by Xiaomi in Singapore. This site’s servers, and the store that keeps form submissions, run in Vercel’s Washington, D.C. region. Pages are delivered from the Vercel location nearest you.
9. How long we keep it
- Inquiries, call bookings and job applications: 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. [CONFIRM: the process that deletes these from the email inbox is set up (GA-28)]
- Data requests: 12 months, so we have a record that we answered.
- Hosting and security logs: Vercel, which hosts this site, makes request logs available to us for 1 hour on our current plan.
- Google Analytics 4: event-level and user-level data for 14 months. Aggregated reports, which do not identify you, are kept longer. [CONFIRM: the US site’s GA4 property is also set to 14 months]
- Microsoft Clarity: session recordings for 30 days. Favorited recordings and a random sample of recordings are kept for up to 9 months.
- Advertising data: [CONFIRM: retention for Google Ads and Meta data (GA-18)]
- Cookie choice records: 3 years. Each record holds only what you chose, when you chose it and which version of our wording you saw. It contains no name, email address or IP address, so it cannot be traced back to you.
10. Your privacy rights
Whichever state you live in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we use it and who we have shared it with, and send you a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete it. We will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw your consent or opt out of advertising cookies (section 5).
You can also ask us to send your information in a portable format, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising (section 7). We offer all of these rights to every visitor in the United States, whether or not the law of your state requires it. We will not treat you differently for using any of them.
If we turn down your request, we tell you why. You can appeal by replying to our answer or by emailing our privacy contact (section 11). We decide appeals within 60 days and tell you the outcome.
Someone acting for you: a person you authorize can make a request for you, with your signed permission. We may still ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.
How to make a request: use our data request form or email our privacy contact (section 11). You do not need an account. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that nobody can obtain or delete someone else’s information. We acknowledge your request within 7 days and respond within 30 days.
11. Privacy contact
Rahul Singh, Privacy contact
Microsive Global LLC
Email: info@microsiveglobal.com
We handle privacy requests by email. We do not publish a postal address.
12. How we protect it
We take steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, change or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
13. Children
This website is meant for businesses and job applicants, not for children. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email our privacy contact and we will delete it.
14. Visitors outside the United States
This website is meant for businesses in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is handled as this policy describes and may be processed in the countries named in section 8.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR): we rely on your consent for everything you send us through a form or the cookie banner, and you can take that consent back at any time without giving a reason. For hosting logs, spam protection, remembering your cookie choice and serving the 3D scene, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a website that works and is not overwhelmed by automated submissions.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Email our privacy contact (section 11) to use any of them. We acknowledge within 7 days and respond within 30. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
We are not established in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and we do not offer our services there. We publish this section because the site can be read from anywhere.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will show a notice on the website.
